The Person Behind The Work

About TheFullRestore

Card restoration done the way it should be: carefully, honestly, and documented at every step.

Why restoration?

Every collector has that card — the one that survived the playground, the binder, the shoebox in the attic. It's not mint, and it never will be by grading standards, but it means more than any gem-mint copy ever could.

TheFullRestore exists for those cards. Restoration isn't about tricking anyone — it's about taking a card you love and letting it look loved instead of beaten up. A lifted corner laid back down. Twenty years of grime lifted off a holo. A bend pressed flat so the card finally sits right in its case.

You may have found this site through the restoration videos — the same process you see there is what your card goes through: careful, methodical work with progress documented along the way.

The principles

  • Honesty first. If a card can't be meaningfully improved, you'll be told before you spend anything.
  • Full disclosure.Restored cards are altered cards in graders' eyes — that's stated up front, every time, and restored cards should always be sold as restored.
  • Documentation. Photos on arrival, updates during the work, final photos before return shipping.
  • No rush jobs. Some repairs need time to set properly. Quality over turnaround, always.
