Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Using this site or creating an account means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Each restoration order is additionally governed by the Restoration Service Agreement you sign for that order — if the two ever conflict, the signed agreement controls for that order.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to order services.
3. Your account
Keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. You can sign out of all devices from Account Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk.
4. The service
Restoration is a manual conservation craft. Galleries, guides, and estimates show real past work and honest expectations, but they are not guarantees of any particular outcome for any particular card. The Disclaimer has the details.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them to provide the service (assessment, documentation, and your records). Use of your card's images in public social media content is covered separately in your signed agreement, with an opt-out.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no submitting property you don't own or control.
- No attempts to probe, breach, or test our security.
- No accessing or attempting to access other customers' data.
7. Fees
Fees are per your approved quote, plus any additional work you explicitly approve, plus return shipping — all shown on your invoice before you pay. Taxes where applicable. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
This site, its branding, and its content belong to TheFullRestore or its licensors. Pokémon and all related marks belong to their respective owners. TheFullRestore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or any grading company.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided as-is, and our total liability for claims relating to an order is limited as set out in the Restoration Service Agreement for that order (generally: capped at the card's declared value, excluding indirect and speculative damages). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, after a good-faith attempt to resolve things directly.
11. Changes
If these Terms change materially, account holders will be notified by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where the law permits. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
